How long will it take to dispatch my order?
All our products are custom made by our team in Miranda, NSW. Our standard turn around time is 5-7 business days for dispatch. During peak and/or sale periods this may be temporarily extended and this will be specified in the announcement bar at the top of each page.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, we sure do! We offer contactless click and collect from our Miranda NSW warehouse. You can view more information on this service here.
Please note the turn around time of 5-7 business days will still apply to click and collect orders. Once ready you will receive email notification to advise its ready.
Do you have a video of how the desk goes together?
You can view a quick time-lapse of assembly here. If your stuck you can always email our customer service team and we can help you through.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched through our shipping platform typically using Couriers Please or Fastway. If you require your order urgently please contact us prior to placing your order and we will always try to accommodate.

COVID-19 Shipping Update
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns across New South Wales and high parcel volumes impacting parts of our courier partners operations, customers may experience delivery delays in some parts of the state by up to 5 days.
How do your products ship?
All products will be in their own boxes, i.e. if your ordering a desk and stool these will come in two boxes. Sometimes your order may arrive on separate days if its been separated by the courier.
All items are flat packed and require assembly. Instructions will be provided with each order. However do not fear, they are simple to put together with only a few steps and don't require any tools.
What are the weight limits on your products?
Our desks are tested to hold no more than 25kg.
Shelving units should have no more than 10kg applied to each shelf and weight should be distributed evenly.
How should I store my products when not in use?
To ensure longevity of your Pop Up Desks products we recommend storing in dry conditions (i.e. avoid a damp garage where moisture could enter the product). We also recommend storing flat so no warping occurs over time.
Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
To be eligible for bulk discounts you will need to be ordering multiple of the same product in the same colour. If you would like to enquire about a bulk discount please contact us here.

What is your product warranty period?
All our items go through rigorous quality assurance prior to packaging. All products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase shown on the invoice.
