Click & Collect

At Pop Up Desks, our priority is always serving our customers, and ensuring both team members and customers wellbeing and safety is in mind.

Contactless Click & Collect is avaliable

Pop Up Desks now offers contactless Click & Collect for all online Purchases.

How to choose the Click & Collection option:

1.SHOP ONLINE

Once you are ready to checkout online, please selected 'CLICK AND COLLECT' as the delivery method.

2. WE’LL CONTACT YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY

You will receive an email from hello@popupdesks.com.au to advise when your order is ready for collection at our office in Miranda, NSW, 2228.

3. COLLECT PARCEL FROM POP UP DESKS OFFICE

Your parcel can be collected from the Pop Up Desks warehouse anytime between 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Pick up address is 130 Parraweena Road, Miranda, NSW, 2228.

Please ensure you are wearing a facemask when collecting your order.

Upon arrival, ALL visitors must follow the Covid-19 check-in procedures on premises.

  1. Visitors must scan the QR code on the sign displayed at the roller door of the warehouse.

  2. Follow the prompts on the Service NSW app to complete check-in

You’re Click & Collect parcel will have the relevant customers name labelled on the package and will be available for collection at the table just inside the roller door.

Please note, you do not need to speak to a member of staff however, should you require assistance please press the bell for assistance.

Once your parcel has been collected, you will be responsible for any damage of loss to your items.
